How is the fare calculated?
Every transfer is a fixed fare quoted before you book, based on route and vehicle class. Hourly hire is charged per hour from a three-hour minimum. Parking, tolls and waiting time are included in both.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight using the number you supply at booking. Your chauffeur's arrival adjusts to your actual landing time and there is no additional charge for the delay.
How long is free waiting?
Sixty minutes at airports and seaports, measured from your actual arrival. For all other pick-ups, fifteen minutes are included.
Where will my chauffeur meet me?
In the arrivals hall of your terminal, holding a name board. You receive their name, photograph and mobile number before you travel.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant carriers, child seats and boosters are available at no extra cost. Add your requirement at booking so we allocate a suitable vehicle.
Can I open a corporate account?
Yes. Corporate accounts include consolidated monthly invoicing, cost-centre reporting and priority allocation. Hotels and travel agencies have their own dedicated rate structures.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to twenty-four hours before pick-up. Inside twenty-four hours, charges depend on the vehicle class and how close to the pick-up time the cancellation is made.
Do you cover journeys outside London?
Yes. We operate UK-wide, including Birmingham, Bristol, Oxford, Cambridge and Southampton, and to every major UK cruise terminal.
